Mike’s practice focuses on complex civil litigation, including matters involving employment law, partnerships, and the Uniform Trade Secrets Act. He also advises and represents contractors, subcontractors, owners and sureties in all types of construction related disputes.
Mike’s broad range of experience includes jury trials, advisement on complex mechanic’s lien matters, and arguing before the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. He is a frequent speaker at seminars, including Construction Lien Law in Washington, Change Orders in Washington and Employment Law Update.
Mike graduated cum laude from Gonzaga University in Spokane, Washington, earning his Bachelors of Arts Degree in Political Science, with Minors in General Business and History. Prior to law school Mike traveled extensively, which included living in Western Australia. He attended law school at Gonzaga University School of Law. While at Gonzaga, Mike was an articles editor for the Gonzaga Journal of International Law.
