Mike's practice focuses on complex civil litigation, including matters involving employment law, business and real property. He also advises and represents contractors, subcontractors, owners and sureties in all types of construction related disputes.
Mike's broad range of experience includes jury trials in both federal and state court, and arguing before the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals and Washington State Division III Court of Appeals. He has also been a speaker at seminars, including Construction Lien Law in Washington, Change Orders in Washington and Employment Law Update.
Mike graduated cum laude from Gonzaga University in Spokane, Washington, earning his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science, with Minors in General Business and History. Prior to law school, Mike traveled extensively internationally, and lived in Western Australia. He attended law school at Gonzaga University School of Law.
