Focusing on litigation, arbitration and mediation, Tim provides representation in cases involving insurance questions, significant personal injury and general civil litigation.
A native of Montana, he has practiced litigation law in Spokane for more than twenty years. Tim’s work has included representation of individuals at mediation, arbitration, private trial, jury trial and in the appellate courts of both Washington and Idaho.
After receiving a B.A. in Political Science in 1979 and completing his legal degree in 1983, all at Gonzaga University, Tim started with a general practice firm. He later moved to personal injury plaintiff’s work as an associate with Dan McKelvey, Jr.
A long-time member of the Washington State Trial Lawyers Association, Tim has served on their Public Affairs, Continuing Legal Education and Spokane Core Group Committees, as well as having been a speaker at numerous WSTLA Seminars.
Having served as the arbitrator for a number of Spokane County Superior Court matters, he is a past President of the Spokane Athletic Club, past member of the Hanford Education Action League Board of Directors and a current member of the SAC Second Century Foundation.
