Wes advises and represents contractors, subcontractors and owners in construction related disputes. He also represents and advises clients with regard to property, personal injury and employment issues. His trial experience includes matters involving trademark infringement, personal injury, and general commercial litigation. Originally from California, Wes graduated from Brigham Young University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Law and Diplomacy and a minor in Japanese Studies. He went on to obtain his Juris Doctorate from the J. Reuben Clark Law School at BYU, where he served as lead editor of the BYU Journal of Public Law.
